Daisy and the Girl Scouts: The Story of Juliette Gordon Low

In 1910, following the death of her husband, Juliette Gordon Low returned to her home in Savannah, Georgia, and organized a girls' organization patterned after the Boy Scouts. Her group--the Girl Guides--would eventually become known as the Girl Scouts of America.
